What is the difference between password requirements set by AD AC vs GPM? Windows.Was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and what did you do to resolve it.

Have been doing research online but cant really find a solution as to why the machine is having issues downloading the site.xml.

When I go to edge://compat/enterprise, I receive a red exclamation mark and the message is 'Error: Failed to download EMIE Sitelist. Yet when I open the site in Edge its not opening in the compatibility mode. I run the gpupdate /force on my machine and even via GPO results wizard can see the GPO is active and enforce on the machine.

Created the Site.xml file using the Enterprise Mode Site list Manager tool from Microsoft. So far, I have installed all the needed Edge GPO templates on my DC and configured the proper policies needed. I have been tasked to setup Enterprise Mode via GPO so that one of our legacy web apps that only works in IE currently will work using Microsoft Edge via IE Compatiblity in Enterprise Mode Edge.
